baro82 does not handle or control funds allocated for infrastructure works unless explicitly agreed in writing.

By submitting content, you grant us a licence to:

• Store, process, and display it as required to operate the platform
• Use aggregated or anonymised data for reporting and improvement

Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy of data provided by users, councils, or third parties.

Where applicable, baro82 may display non-personal, aggregated, or organisation-level data (e.g. project progress, sponsorship activity) as part of transparency features.

We will not publish personal data without a lawful basis.

11. Intellectual Property

are owned by or licensed to baro82.

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless baro82 from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
